Biography

Kali, the daughter of a Greek father and Norwegian mother, grew up in South Dakota.  A city girl at heart, she moved to Southern California to attend college at the University of San Diego where she studied business and acting.  In the course of her studies, she collaboratively wrote and starred in the original one-act play, “Fallacy”.  Always seeking new adventure, she moved to Hong Kong in 2006 and worked in commercials and print in several countries throughout the Pacific Rim.  After returning stateside, she appeared in five back-to-back stage productions and wrapped several independent films before attending conservatory at the Stella Alder Studio of Acting.  While studying in New York, she was fortunate to work with several of Ms. Adler’s direct disciples, including Elizabeth Parrish.  Passionate about travel, fashion and writing, Kali is currently penning a novel, several screenplays and works as a freelance writer for Back Stage.
